CHARME, EMBnet and NETTAB 2016 Workshop - Announcement and Call for Abstracts

The Workshop ‘Reproducibility, standards and SOP in Bioinformatics‘ is co-organised by the EU COST Action CHARME, EMBnet (The Global Bioinformatics Network) and NETTAB (International Workshop Series on Network Tools and Applications for Biology). It is hosted by the ELIXIR-ITA Node and will be held at the Italia CNR (National Research Council) head quarter, in Rome.

EMBnet Workshop & AGM 2016

The EMBnet Annual General Meeting  2016 is organised as a satellite event of the Combined CHARME – EMBnet and NETTAB 2016 Workshop, that will be held October 25-26 in Rome (IT).

Our group is interested in the development of computational approaches for the analysis and integration of functional genomics data. We have developed numerous bioinformatics tools such as Blast2GO, maSigPro, NOISeq, Paintomics, etc.

The bioinformatics platform at SciLifeLab is a national infrastructure in rapid growth and development, now looking for 6 permanent staff members to join the Bioinformatics Long-term Support team (a.k.a WABI), preferably placed at bioinformatics nodes in Umeå, Linköping, Gothenburg, or Lund.
