Please register online and fill in the registration form available by clicking Start Registration at the bottom of this page. You will be automatically notified about your registration by e_mail. A detailed confirmation letter and the relevant invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment which can be done by credit card or bank transfer.

Registration fee includes:

- Access to the scientific sessions;
- Conference documentation;
- Certificate of attendance;
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception;
- Coffee breaks and light lunches;
- Gala Dinner on September 19, 2008.

Young people fee is applicable for students and people up to 31 years old.

Young people and students are kindly requested to provide the relevant documentation (i.e. proof of age or valid student pass) by sending the documentations by fax to the Organising Secretariat at: +39 06 5194009.

ISCB student/post doc members can apply for a travel fellowship. Application has to be made directly to EMBnet by registrating on-line and submitting an abstract within July 20th, 2008. In addition, candidates have to send to the Conference Secretariat (Francesca Mariani) an e_mail notifying their application for the fellowship award and approximate travel cost.

ISCB will confirm membership status for selection purposes and jointly coordinate awardees' notifications and distribution of funds according to the EMBnet abstract selection process. 

Registration to the "GRID computing" tutorial

Registration to the tutorial can be done during the registration procedure. You have the possibility to chose to register only to the tutorial or only to the conference or both.

The tutorial registration fee is € 45 and includes:

- Access to the tutorial;
- Tutorial documentation;
- Certificate of attendance;
- Coffee breaks
- Light lunch

The conference and tutorial registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage.

Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Written cancellation and/or name change will be accepted until August 30, 2008.

A fee of 25,00 Euros will be charged on each cancellation and name change to cover administrative costs.

No refund for cancellations received after August 30, 2008.

Name changes will be accepted until September 7, 2008.

All refunds will be processed one month after the end of the Conference.
