Gromacs Workshop in February 2007 at CSC
CSC - Scientific Computng Ltd., Helsinki, Finland
CSC will organise a Gromacs Workshop in 27.2.-1.3.2007 together with the Gromacs developers and the ISB - National Graduate School in Informational and Structural Biology.
The workshop takes place at CSC and includes lectures, hands-on tutorials, a poster session and a workshop dinner. The number of participants is limited so we encourage to register early. Notification of acceptance will be sent later by email.
Grid enabled web services and workflows

A course to explain how to build workflows using web services that can exploit the asynchronous resources of massively distributed Grid environments.
The course will be lectured by experts on each of the topics, and will show you how to exploit the huge resources made available by the EGEE Grid in an easy to use and flexible way for your users.
This is a 50/50 theoretical and practical course. You can get first hands-on experience on directly using these technologies.

Embrace Workshop on Bioclipse 2007 (EWB '07)
Bioclipse is an open source workbench for chemo- and bioinformatics with rich functionality for molecules, sequences, proteins, spectra, and scripts. Bioclipse has advanced plugin architecture which facilitates integration of new functionality, such as algorithms, editors, visualizations, Web services, and third party applications.
