CALL FOR SCS5 ABSTRACTS
Submit
your abstract today to participate in the 5th International Society for
Computational Biology Student Council Symposium (SCS5) on June 27,
2009, in Stockholm, Sweden, preceding the main ISMB/ECCB 2009
conference!
The
SCS5 aims at bringing together young computational biologists from all
areas of research and parts of the world. As the central part of our
symposium 8 oral presentations will be selected from the submitted
student abstracts. Submissions not selected for oral presentation will
be considered for the SCS5 poster session. This is your chance to
present your work!
Awards
will be given to best poster and best presentation as well as the
runner-ups in both categories. Travel Fellowships are available (see
website)!

April 9: SCS5 Abstract and Travel Fellowship application deadline
May 2: SCS5 Travel Fellowship notification
May 10: SCS5 Abstract acceptance notification
May 15: ISMB/ECCB
2009 early registration discount deadline (applicable to main
conference registration for those intending to register for the SCS5
and the main conference)
Registration Fee: 75 euro for SCS5 (includes lunch, coffee breaks and abstract booklet; main conference registration at additional charge)
