This course consists of a mix of lectures and practical experience in accessing proteomics resources. An overview of each of the databases will introduce participants to the types of data, the way the data are stored and the connection between databases. Subsequently database-specific lectures will address the programmatic accessibility of the data and data integration between resources. This new knowledge will then be applied in hands-on tutorials. | ||
