This workshop consists of three talks that together illustrate the strong connections between bioinformatics and systems biology. Santiago Sandoval will introduce different formal methodologies to model gene regulation networks dynamically. Matthieu Defrance will discuss the formal link between models in systems biology and bioinformatic approaches. Alejandra Medina will introduce the audience to bioinformatic methodologies that predict regulatory interactions between genes in a genome scale. |
